@crick3t and @tricky_dicky ... what it have to do with API ... not really sure ... support shared this forum to me to give suggestions etc ... that said and yes I am an IT Director ... thus API, QPI and or whatever PI ... we are all in same loop trying to help each other ... thus @crick3t thank you for kind repsonse ... @tricky_dicky ... kindly learn an appropriate manner as to revert back to someone be they are smart, silly and or even in wrong forum ... skills / tatics is manner of how to speak and share kindly therein all brings success to us all and all applications about ~ Thank you

@Tricky_Dicky was not trying to be rude. It is just that we get off topic posts and forum topics all the time from people who thinks this forum is for contacting chess.com developers.
As you are tech savvy in IT and know what an API is, you can see why this is not the right forum.
I am really surprised that chess.com support would send you here. Seems like they do not know what is an API either.

Thank you. It was a perfectly polite and appropriate question. If you read the header for the club, which C.C have decided needs to be made harder to access, you will understand the puspose of this club. And as an IT director I would have thougfht you would have understood the purpose of forums in this club.

@tricky_dicky ... thanks response of kind ... yeah I not know why either but she/he was a kind caring support person ... more so I have no time to even see where they sent me, be it API or space ... I just need this issue resloved so I posted without hesitation hoping someone after four years it seems (i today check / query internet on this issue and its been around since ape ages) fixes it ... its a great site ... this site will never go away and no site will ever surpass it. Again thanks update 
By way API does stand for Application Program Intergalactic right ?

You need to contact support again. This will not get anything resolved for puzzles. They have seriously misrepresented this club and shown incredibly little knowledge of their own site.

@tricky_dicky and @crick3t ... crick ... allow others to respond themselves as you got me confused i thought he was reverting back to me ... come on we / you no time play chat ... allow each person to respond if you have time to revert back in the year 2024 for others its the same ol chat nonsense ... no one time for that / this.
Next then ... so now @tricky_dicky does revert back pigging backing your comment ... tricky ... no i no read ... no have to .. I just took their advice and posted ... simple ..and if its wrong then so be it there are many other ways to adjust incorectness vs. manner your spoke and I am entitled to share my view same as you are able to post your view. ... let it at that.
As an IT Director (and not limited to ... being 365.00 an hour ... no i no time for extra lets take ten years to figure out where next to post after I have spent already hour on this ... no sorry ... i have to value support suggest and go with it vs. challenge them and figure out each forum ... we all have things to do yes? we love chess ... we teach chess ... we all as you do other skills ... such as IT, Legal and other lic. businesses ... its 2024 the debate in chats are old school ... we need to adapt, care and advance each other ... thus my revert back I guess has to do with learning and study legal to know when to challenge / revert back and or not ... therein if i can type at 85 a min ... sometimes it may help you / me and others reduce nonsense chat ... thank you ~

I have been teaching about the same 40 students and new ones for over five to six years ... so we do a lot together within a long duration of time ... thus again they are very very top of the line kids no cheat no silly stuff etc ... just pure sharp kids that we are and take chess and software seriously as you all too
So please fix the puzzles ASAP "PLEASE" as the ratings are huge importance to us (and we should never have to tell a person dont do this or that as the software should not enable)
Solution perhaps:If you refresh a puzzle then a new puzzle should come up ... simple fix ... the same puzzle should not come up ... and well if it does then the data should remain the same and keep counting time Please, Please this is not good ... I and many rely on puzzle ratings!Kindly update me ASAP pleaseThank you so much.
Already raised this query 5 months ago, and the developer team simply said that it is okay since it's rating has no impact on a player's position in a leaderboard

Hi and thanks update ... interesting they say such, however I wonder if they meant the game rating vs. not the puzzle rating ... as in puzzles in the open forums within chess.com there is people with 65,000.00 rating ... and while I no time but quick glance again ... you can see the timestamps as well per target and average and what each person really did ... anyway yes it does not affect your game rating however it sure affects your puzzle rating which means its not accurate if it can be cheated by a refresh ... therein I lose out on ability to award students etc as I nor my students want a tool (yes we love all else about chess.com as is top of the line chess portal for many reasons) however for a great tool and need as puzzles ... no one wants to wonder ... not me, not students no one ... in software its 1-0s ... and the puzzle herein are unfortunately with potential of simple browser refresh to inflate rating by quick then answer 
Thus this is regarding puzzles ... Can you please fix this ASAP ...
