sup @aru_tul let's try this.. I will prolly lose all of them xDD
Hyper Mode - 15 seconds for each opponent

this variant is so hard lol, I played one game and purposely went into a losing line just because I knew at least I had to take pieces and could premove in doing so, I ended up actually winning on time.
i guess you could say that it's a test on how fast you can remember openings.

Yup. even if you get trapped you can premove and win on time unless the opponent premoves the pieces to take.

Would just love to see the leaderboard on it. It would be so weird looking I guess. Most will be 1400-1700 range and a couple at 2000(Old timers have 2k rating not sure if they are active though they would play a game or two if the leaderboard shows up)

ok personally right from the bottom of my heart.. DONT PLAY HYPER MODE ON CHESS.COM...
Reason is quite simple it's buggy as hell... premoves doesn't work... :v

Premoves worked for me, but I think if you had a wrong premove, the system takes more time to correct it. As as example, If you premoved a pawn and your opponent giveaway a piece which forces you to move another piece and not the pawn premove, you will lose more time when system corrects it.

The thing is my premoves are correct :c still it either cancels it or delays it by some millisecond though my internet is strong... Variants has a different setup from what I observed... I am pretty comfortable with the live chess premoves, but here in variants it's shit...
I tried a couple on ok (not great) internet connection and it was a slaughter. Half of my moves I had to repeat and premoves were mostly not working. I must have lost 8 in a row... Then on a better connection it was ok and a fair game. But I think you have to be certain about your internet connection for this game to make at least some sense

Yup Internet needs to be good so it can register the moves quickly. Checked other variants, only atomic(also has a leaderboard) has more number of active users than giveaway in hyper

Got the 30 I think. Next refresh should show the leaderboard though dont know how long those 30 players will be active to show it constantly
There are about 16 active players and we need 30 active players for leaderboard to show for hyper.
Everyone have a much higher chance to show up in leaderboard in hyper as there arent many active players in hyper.
To become an active player - you will need to play 20 games with at least 2 games in last 3 weeks.
Lets make hyper mainstream as well. If you do play it, take the loss with a grain of salt as it's all about mouse speed and prediction where your opponent will move
