I asked for horse too many times and I can't chat now?

I am blocked or something. How do these things work? What should someone know about it?

It happened to me once

I think when I ask for 5 horses, it writes that don't do that, and if I do it again, they block me for 60 mins (?)
I don't know what happens next, does this time increase?

however if u do the same thing next day it keeps saying dont do that

anti spam in bughouse is bad, but it makes sense outside of bughouse - spamming the same message 5 times

this anti spam using commands is so damn stupid, I remember getting banned for like aday from that too, after it I couln't even chat lol

it does get annoying if your partner wont listen or give a response

^^^^ exactly, i think i put "stall" or perhaps "don't stall" too many times and then i can't chat for 60 minutes. i think it's bad since i sent the same message a couple times desperately when i'm about to win, and if i lose i might lose a ton of rating points, and my partner absolutely ignores me. that tends to sometimes frustrate me to send the message clearly in case my partner doesn't see it.
