I can't here anything :(

I don't hear sounds when I play. I hear music, every sounds on computer, my web sound is on, also in settings I have sound on 100% and I it doesn't work. Can someone help?

do you have the tab muted?

Chess.com sounds are awesome and they help me when I play, but I hate it when they don't work. Normally it fixes itself after a refresh.

I have the same problem, I've reported it but the only solution chess.com team gave me was to clear the cache which I did and it didn't work. It's been months since then, I used to rely on the sound for the start of the game while doing other things, the games were aborted because of me. I really hope they will fix the issue at hand.

The bigest problem is, when for example I wait to start the game, and I do something else in my room and I lose the game (abort) because I don't hear The sound that game started.

I believe the OP checked everything as I did.. It's some kind of a bug... I have sound in normal games, just not in 4 player chess.. The tab is not muted, it's not muted in game, the volume is on, the OS is working fine, maybe it's the browser in question or smth

I just tried it on Brave and the sound works... I guess it's an "Opera" browser issue

@JonasRath Yes I use Opera. But on another browser I can't connect to variants server. Idk why it is not working.

Nwm. It work's on browser that I have almost never used.

Seems to be Opera-specific then. I reported the issue to the developers.
