Bxd3 is not a move that a human cannot find by any means. Chess.com will never close an account just because of an accusation alone, so you will be ok.
I got accused of using stockfish.

The reason why I don't play vote chess because there are some lower elo noobs who never listen and always vote for wrong moves

I know. Some don't even check the comments and vote blyndly. But I don't have time to increase my elo.

There are some well-organised vote chess clubs where the admins will message people who do that and if they keep doing it they'll remove them.

Club admins can do pretty much whatever they want within their own club. If you don't like it, find a better-run club.

I also would have played Be7 in this position & preparing to kick out their Knight on b5 by playing a6 in the next move. Preserving the Bishop pair seems logical to me as the center is not closed yet & don't see any problem if White takes on g6.
However, his aggressive behavior seems childish to me.

And I reported him, because he became a ''dictator''.
Admins have every right to be dictatorial in their own club.
Staff and mods won't interfere with someone running their own club as they see fit. If you don't like it, find a better club; there are thousands to choose from. If he runs his club in a way that makes people want to leave, that's his problem.
Today I was playing a vote chess game. When in this posicion...
@Ieatchessforlunch wanted to play Be7. To me that's totaly dumb. So I sended this:
He also wanted to castle qweenside. When both of our castles are in danger. Then he sent this:
What is the best move in this game for you? I voted Bxd3.
