It's also called sandbagging which is lowering your rating purposely (chess don't even know if it's on purpose or not) to win more games (probably for leagues idk) and gain those points to level up in leagues. (Personally I lose tons of bullet games because I'm stupid but I be careful to not lose like 10 in a row)
