Seconded also why so many disconnects. I keep checking and my ISP is good but holy cow so many disconnects.

i did look at this game https://www.chess.com/4-player-chess?g=160707 but what would you have me do? i see two ppl lost on time and the other two finished the game with almost a full clock left.

You don't need to do anything
...babyagun told me to say the game number if I see a game where all 4 players disconnect. 
There used to be a beep when the delay got half way down, which would prompt me to make my move soon.
It seems it was removed, and now I often don't notice when it's my move or that my time is ticking.
Can yall bring that sound back?
If some people don't want it, give them an option to turn it off.
