I need help. How can I get out of 600 USCF?

Use your time, its not otb blitz. Instead of complaining and not focusing during the tournaments, actually think on your time (you always have at least 25 minutes)

Because many chess players were cheating while playing chess. Those players will never learn how to play honest games. They will always cheat all the time.

I DON't ever cheat at all and will never, never, never cheat. I just play chess for fun, friendship and enjoyment win or lost the game. Go ahead, ban me.

Okay!
After looking at a few of your recent losses, I feel like one thing you need to get better at is counting attackers and defenders. I see a couple of times that you moved a piece to a square which was defended, but it was defended fewer times than it was attacked, so the opponent was able to win a piece. For example, https://www.chess.com/game/live/138520248677 on move 25. You move the rook to e8, which was defended twice but attacked *three* times. This led directly to checkmate, but even if your king had an escape square, the game would have been lost because you ended up down a rook.
Also, looking ahead in general is a good skill to improve on. Take https://www.chess.com/game/live/138519050299 for example. On move 4 you move the knight to h5 where it has no place it can go. So the opponent attacks it with g4, trapping it. Then on the next move, you play Bxg4 to get rid of the pawn attacking your knight. But it's very obvious that the opponent will take the bishop with fxg4 - and when they do, the knight is *still* trapped. So instead of losing a piece, you lost 2 pieces.

a 1160 could've even said that
