I need help regarding proctor.

I set up proctor on my pc. On phone, i scan it and set the camera, it shows device proctoring started. but on pc, it still shows it as not initiated by second device. Please help me. Today is the tournament

also qs relating to this, are headsets allowed if the mic/speaker r connected in the proctor?

oh i will use headset too. When will they respond. Tournament starts in a while

I downloaded the proctor but it is showing that file isn't open
