Ok I know that 9.Ne6 is book but I don’t believe in it. Blocks the bishop, which would usually want to be on e6, and not really doing much. Maybe it will go to c5? Bishop can’t really go anywhere. D7 is probably best, since b7 Bb7 doesn’t help black play for b5.

The Maroczy is with g6, d6. 

The hedgehog is with e6, d6. No fianchetto. There are similar plans but in general the maroczy bind is a very dry, bland, bleak position for black.
