Today I played a 30 min rated rapid game in which I won and my ratings added from 1411 to 1423. My opponent, was around 1550+ rated (I don't remember his/her actual rating and username). But then when I reopened this website the game was not in the game history as well as my rating rating was again 1411.
I remember the moves played in the game
Not just that I also used up my free game review on this game. Kindly let me know if you see my rapid rating as 1423 or 1411. I won't be playing more rated games to avoid further confusion or more technical issues. If you know the solution to this problem, please tell me in the comments.
EDIT: I opened my profile from another account and it showed me that I am playing a game (giving the option to watch and red square on my pfp) but when I click on it nothing happens at all. So my guess is that the game thinks that I am still in a chess game but rating points are added after game is finished and so the addition of game in the game history.
EDIT 2: Another strange thing I noticed.
It shows I am 1423 in only rapid rating pageThis page was opened after the page in the first image was opened. But still the rating here is 1411 and the last game played was blitz yesterday
This makes the issue even more strange
EDIT 3: From another account it no longer shows I am playing but still the same exactly same issue persists and everything else is as it was.
FINAL EDIT + ISSUE SOLVED : I played a rated game. Here it considered 1423 as my rating. So when I completed the game it gave me new rating calculated according to my 1423 rating and it got applied to everywhere in my profile, from overview to rapid stats game, everywhere. I don't care now if the game is not in game history
