I would recommend to play longer time controls.
I suck at chess I need help.

Think about checks, captures, and attacks when you are looking for a move. Also think about what your opponent can do to counteract your attack or weaken your position. Do chess.com lessons, puzzles, puzzle rush, etc.

You blunder a lot, but you also play with really low time controls. It would probably help for you to play with maybe 10 or 30 minutes and to think through your moves before you make them
Edit: also puzzles, yes, good

Do not play bullet or blitz games at that elo try Rapid games like 10 minutes games
actually don't do this because really that just makes you rush and makes you get worse at chess.

I think that the longer the time control, the less you rush.

You have to practice though, people sometimes get in the habit of playing moves in like ten seconds

I had this same problem, all my friends seemed to be improving more than me, and I was desperate. I decided to get a chess teacher and this really helped. After this I started getting a lot more brilliant moves, I can calculate much better, and I am more confident.

play against computers so it doesn't affect your rating, just gives you practice
I would disagree, don't worry too much about your rating. The thing that needs to improve is you, not your rating. Although playing bot games gives you more time to think and no time pressure, I think playing 15|10 regular games would be just as effective and give you all the time you could need to practice calculation.

Focus on concrete and clear calculation and don't play shorter time controls where you feel comfortable your not just playing on instinct. You can also put together a basic opening repertoire a couple moves deep for all responses focusing on breadth and basic understanding rather than depth. You will not improve by passively consuming content.
I have been playing chess for a while now and I AM BAD Is there any tips, tutors, or recommendations to help?
