I would say double check before playing your move since it seems you mostly play rapid. And don’t put a lot of time studying the opening if you have heard the 20-40-40 rule it chess. It is spend 20% of your time learning opening spend 40% on middle game and spend 40% on end games. If you do what I say and what other players say on this blog you will get a lot better.
