Being biased is the biggest problem for a judge or law enforcers, you, a pfper, by making the rule, you defend the pfpers.

IT IS NOT BIASED!
The pfpers was made only to promote R2GM and protect it. Everything that is allowed in pfpers to do is completely legal for Road to GM. There is no biased here
People having the same pfp is causing me a lot of trouble. I can't tell the Road to GM people apart unless I bother to look at their usernames. Here is a list of people that I know that has that pfp:
