No one knows future and it should not be updated cuz after 19 hrs the gifting should be closed in all timezones

As I mentioned, you have absolutely no say in when the gifting forum should close.
BUT THE RULE IS THAT GIFTING SHOULD CLOSE 1 WEEK BEFORE THE SEASON AND THATS TODAY
When I gifted @rohithbala 23 hrs ago and then vaishnav he said it should be 24 hrs gap.then when stormy gave vaishnav and then after 7 hrs to kesar he counted it. All proof :
