I am currently 1361 blitz and i started about a year ago. What I did was I played a lot of games, and puzzles. I joined tournaments which will sometimes give you the chance to play people of a higher rating. Also YouTube videos. It might not work for you but it worked for me.
I want to get better at chess

practice over the board. I am surprisingly a 1000 with my otb and look at my online and puzzle rating.

make sure you have an opening you know backwards and forwards. I would use YouTube for that, because there are a lot of trappy, aggressive openings you can play. I'm not saying you should play something where a trap is the only goal (ex: BS gambit, ICBM) but an aggressive opening can get some quick (and satisfying) wins

Experiment with game starters and different openings. Also I picked up a few strategies from playing the other game modes like 'doubles (bughouse)'. Review ur matches and play them out differently and see what u could've done better. You've got puzzles and it's good to have another chess app that u can go to and experiment on without losing Elo here. U can also look at people with higher Elo here and see the similarities/differences each person has. Finally, there's youtubers like Kamryn and she gives great advice that's easy to understand and can help u. Overall, clocking in chess hours is the true teacher because u can learn how people play and use their weaknesses to ur advantage *cough cough* queens XD.
Try to control your impulse by playing longer games that is what helped me get from 600 uscf to 1000 uscf
I want to get better at chess but I am stuck at 500 and 600 rating for USCF. I have no clue what I should do. Any ideas?

Learning about tactics, mates, and endgame puzzles can take your game to the next level. Learning an opening from a good youtube video could also help. There are a lot of good YouTubers who make chess opening videos, but I wouldn't recommend GothamChess. He makes fun, but not extremely instructive videos

With my help you will improve 200 points in 10 weeks
I dont have more time than exactly two months to get to 1000 rating but thanks for the offer

I improved over 1800 points in one year without your help...
This is impressive. It looks like you've spent a lot of time playing puzzles. Some people may not have the time, so they may need help. Happy Holidays!
