Just because there are around 1.5 active players on a given day, doesn't mean that we can't make FICS great again.

instead of cancelling "other sites advertisements" it's more useful to fix the site, situation is quite terrible. There is no need to tell people in which other places they can play too, they already know

I understand you completely and we are sorry for all the inconveniences you have had. As you know, we have hundreds of small products at Chess.com, many variants... and sometimes, we can't get to everything. Anyway, having said that, I would like to tell you that we have a new version coming soon that should fix all the main issues. Also, something that is really helpful is to always report a bug when you find something so as we can immediately take a look and fix it.

@davidkaufmann all premoves with black and it's just the opening.... this makes the game impossible to play much more then every minor bug

NEVER happened to me in bughouse (although I think it might have one time happened in real chess). Are you in Beta?

If I am in beta it's not by my will, I don't know
It's a couple weeks that the lag is this high, I can't really play the way I usually play since I always get downtime
By now, we all know that chess.com bughouse isn't really cutting it. If you're like me, you have become so frustrated with the site that you've stopped playing here entirely. So, why wait for all of these bugs to be fixed, or worse, force yourself to endure through this hell, when you could just go to [please don't advertise other sites - MOD], and play bug without glaring flaws, and vastly more features?
