ICC 2023 U-1300 -challenges-matches-results

  A new  "ICC 2023 U-1300" competition for at least 5 < 1300 rated players. All teams will play each other. One team match per month, on 20th day every month. The admin of every  team can send the challenge to the opponent team  and the admin of the opponent team has to accepted it into the 15 first days of each month. If none admin  sent  the challenge, or none admin  accepted it, then the team of the admin, who didn`t send, or didn`t accept the challenge,  takes (0) points. If the  team  match can not begin at the start day/time, because one team has not filled its roster with the minimum required number of (5) players, then  the match is counted as won by its opponent team, if the last one has already filled its roster with the minimum number of players, otherwise, if both teams have not filled their roster with the minimum number of players, then the match is counted as lost by both of them. The admin of a team, if he wishes, can give to the opponent team, which has not filled its roster with the minimum number of (5) players, a deadline of up to 5 days for the latter to fill the roster with the required number of (5) players.  He has to write down into the notes of this forum that he gave this possibility to the opponent team.  Note that  win=2 points, draw=1 point and defeat=0 point.

      Real Madrid C.F. couldn`t fill its roster with the minimum number of 5 players for the match of 1rst round against Murphy Chess Club at the scheduled start day/time (45-3 players).

      However,   Murphy Chess Club gives  to the team Real Madrid C.F. 5 more days (till Dec 15, 23:00 P.M./PST), in order the latter team to fill its roster with the minimum required number of 5 players. After this date, if it will not fill its roster with 5 players, Murphy Chess Club will claim a win.

       All matches of the 2nd round have already  been begun, except the match of Real C.F. vs Team Gandalf (8-3 players).

       According to the rules, the match of Real C.F. vs Team Gandalf (8-3 players)  will be counted as won by Real C.F., if the  admin of the Real C.F. doesn`t give some more (till 5) days to its opponent, in order the latter team to fill its roster with the minimum required number of 5 players.

Platense claims for victory against Gandalf due they didn't reach the minimum of 5 players. They didn't ask for extension or apologizes. We would like to play instead of this. Of course, we could wait a day more if that makes sense.

    if i understood well (see comment #26), the team  PLATENSE gave one more day to the  Team Gandalf, in order the latter to fill its roster with the minimum required number of 5 players. If the Team Gandalf will not do it, i will give the 2 winning points to the team PLATENSE.
