IDEA - ZONE CONTROL CHESS

I have an idea that can be implemented in Chess.Com...

It's Zone Control Chess...

So basically in this variant, we control the following squares-

There can be 2 zones...

Each zone can give a random power different than the other zone...

The player which has the most points on the zone get's the power...

Pawn = 1

Knight = 3

Bishop = 3

King = 3

Rook = 5

Queen = 5

Controlling the zone can either be in the advantage of the player who has the zone controlled or disadvantage of the opposing player... If the points are equal, no one gets the power...

We need to capture the king to win...

The score of both zones should be visible seperately...

Please check if it can be implemented

Regards,

Streak

I don't want to sound mean, but without saying
a) how/when is the random power is chosen (is it every time control changes?)
b) what those random powers are and
is this idea way too noncomplete to even consider.

also, generally speaking people here, myself included, do not like randomness in the variants so I am skeptical, except perhaps if the random effect was determined once during setup (but even if what you mean is chosen once in setup, we are talking effect altering the rules, not just starting position of pieces. I am afraid it would feel like playing randomly selected variant and not like random setup of a variant. People would inevitably like some powers and dislike other a perhaps even instaleave if they got them)

If I may, I suggest you
a) drop the randomness part and
b) actually write down the effects of the zones

It changes every game...

And i guess examples of advantages- Pawns can move 2 squares and disadvantages- Opponent cannot move his king... Im not sure which ones chess.com can keep...

I feel like atmost 10 and 2 of them should be chosen randomly each game...
