Emojis.

Ngl Arthur is kinda my playing style summed up! More of a positional player but, if I see attacking chances I’ll gladly take them. Though Idk if I’m rising up the ranks very fast lol

well does Arthur play boring openings? lol
MY OPENINGS ARE NOT BORING!

Nice; lots of work to compile this it looks like. I feel like the descriptions are mostly accurate (but clearly bots aren't exact like we human players)

@KnightAttack1567: Ali (1300) improving quickly!
I am definitely not "improving quickly". I have been stuck at this level for the past few months

Also, I'm am not close to being new to chess, I have been playing terribly for 5+ years and had a different chess.com account like 2 years ago
Thought this would be fun.. comparing chess.com bots to our meme bets. It’s 1am so I’m just going to rattle off the names that I know from this club the best. Once again, if you’re names not mentioned it’s because you’re not activeee enough!
Starting from lowest to highest:
Fabian (250): Viznik - because I f****ong suck and I’m also a total idiot who would think “playing chess is like running a country”. literal smooth brain gang.
Zara (850): Parker/@bestunknownplayer - accurate description, he likes to come up with his own ideas and they can be deadly if you’re not paying attention.
Santiago (850): @wowthisisweird - because he is knew to the game but a very careful player. I also blundered my queen to him in a daily game.
Maxim (1000): Bella & Rosie - because she is underrated and also new to chess, and plays exceptionally well against higher players
Wilson (1200): DarkNightK1 - because the game we played was all pawn pushing, just like this bot. Also, an underrated player that plays more like a 1200 than a 1000.
Vinh (1300): LazyDog24 - because he’s a communist and also underrated, doesn’t play the king indian like this bot but has similar tactical ideas.
Hans (1000): @garbagem8 but only because he’s the only bot that “listens to music while playing chess”, and garbage m8 is always vibing to bops. But garbage is definitely an extremely talented player who’s probably going to hit 1500 by the end of august
(I’ve stopped going in order because this is taking longer than I thought but now that I started I have to finish so I’m just naming off names now)
@ninjaswat: Miguel (1900), very tactical and incredibly knowledgeable player. Just like the bot, has a very deep understanding of tactics and vast openings. definitely definitely definitely underrated!
@ricorat: Arthur (1700) a very balanced and careful player, just like this bot. Has been playing chess for awhile, and definitely knows his stuff and is rising up the ranks fast
@DaBabysBurner: easy choice here, DaBaby is Wally (1800) a bit overrated IMO (hehehehe peaksitter) BUT is an annoyingly patient and calm player. Dude has sickening tactics, but it’s his patience in the end game that really defines his play style IMO, like Wally the bot
@little_guinea_pig: Charles (2000) because he’s an amazing chess talent but frequently doesn’t have time due to working at the summer camp or whatever, just like the bot lol. And definitely hasn’t forgotten how to play “a nice tactic”.
@B1ZMARK; Olga (1900) / David (1500), a mix of both, as (idk if they’re self taught but) they play very uniquely, and often abandon accepted chess ideas with very unique and interesting ideas. This one was tough because the descriptions of these bots matches b1z the best, but the ratings are too low :/
@kingattacker3: mix of Jonas (1700) and Manuel (2100) although we’ve never had the pleasure of playing together
@tetrafishygm2: Ahmed (2200) super easy, “local club champion” at 2200, literally tetra. Lol. And also he definitely “attacks with as many pieces as possible”, he is a scary boi to play on the chess board.
@epicusernamehere: Aron (700) because you definitely value chess and are just getting started!
@KeSetoKaiba: Xavier (1900) a proper good student who values studying and playing unrated games, like we all should really be doing more of. Had the playing style of Miguel (1900)
@hvenki: Isla (1700) my ultimate bughouse duo homie, he is an aggressive opening player but has the ability to bring the game to a long end game if need be
@batman2508: Li (2000) you just reminded me of this bots playing style and description. Very talented, tactical and unforgiving. Not fun to play against :/
@KnightAttack1567: Ali (1300) improving quickly!
@kadenstarr: Pierre (1500), individual thinker with aggessive and unique play style, well suited for speed chess
@rook_handler: Isla (1700), balanced and aggressive, with a solid end game defensive ability. A very tough opponent
Man this took forever and was way longer than I expected. I hope I didn’t miss anybody, I tried to get everyone who’s active.
go play your bot and see how you do, and report back here! Also, do you agree with the selections?
ok now I’m going to bed.
