Why did you make this club

because I thought it'll be fun to make them!

Ok, I read the rules and it was still unclear, if I see someone do something wrong should I wait for you to take action? Or should I do it myself?

it depends on the situation, if it is just a minor but insulting abuse, you can warn them. But if they continuing to harass the other person and show negativity, contact me and I'll take action.
