Ouch, it really does hurt in positions like that. You are an incredibly incredibly strong player though, so don't start feeling bad about yourself (and of course be happy where you are so far while you set aims to reach higher rating/strength)
I mean I spent quite a lot of time calculating that puzzle (I think it was 2 mins at least to 2.5 mins) so it is very much a tricky position
