To get into the Top 100 list for age 12 players, you'd need a rating of 1785. Although that would be more "exceptional" rather than just "good". I'd say 1000 is a nice milestone to aim for when you're starting out.

You shouldn't compare yourself to other people your age. you should just try to get better.
im 4 years old and rated 2763 so somewhere around 3100
