ooppsss, he was great team player
IM Marc Esserman of the Boston Blitz retires!
I was surprised a bit myself (as surprised as a fan and observer of the league can be that is). I am sure the season ending the way that it did has made it frustrating for the Boston players (especially with the loss to the new team in the same region, New England). From what I can gather, it appears that the final moment that caused his decision was perhaps the decisions of the judges in relationship to the Game of the Week?
I know from the comments that I have read, as well as the ICC gossip during matches; that many are not happy with the decisions each week that the judges make. As a novice, I am really not in a position to argue for or against their decisions. I do not envy their situation though for sure.
Its important to read everything CAREFULLY, Marc article was only meant as joke or perhaps to poke some fun at other people who have claimed retirement recently. Anyhow, at the end of the article he says "cya next year", Marc isnt retiring just wanted to write a humourous article at the time when humor is perhaps a very theraputic tool.
Hehe, yeah that was also pointed out to me by David and Danny. And this is a good thing, since Marc is a great player!
I feel like David Letterman after the Joaquin Phoenix interview!

EDIT: Oh, and NM Krasik, please join us in the U.S.C.L. group! We need more Eastern Division representatives here!
