Focus on quality, your goal should be to get 85+ accuracy instead of gaining rating. Also make sure that you feel like you can play good-quality chess, don't burn yourself out. Try to analyze games (all you have to do is go into the analysis and find where you gave away a chunk of advantage and spend like 15 secs finding the right move in that position)

try to keep "momentum" If you give the advantage away then you are giving them chances. You are the higher-rated player, so take them into deep theory or a nuanced endgame, something that you know better than them. Try to keep the position sharp, don't give them a simple game.

How can i play better in rapid because i play three minute and bullet a lot?

lol! Same happened to me! I hit 1100 blitz and now I’m focusing on rapid…but after so long in the 1000s range, I no longer play like a 1200, but I played some unrated rapid and got used to it, after you feel comfortable, play some rated
