I've been in touch with the program coordinator at Monmouth county library HQ since restrictions have been lifted. Last communication was today with this reply:
Since our building is scheduled to be renovated in November, and much of it will be inaccessible for some time, the assistant leader of our Chess Club has decided to hold off getting started again.
