All of the club have 30 invites per day. Only SA’s and admins have excess to use the invite button. So that’s has been my job. As you can see at the table link https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/invites-table
I’ve started the invites on 19th December 2020. Out of the last 24 days Ive did invites of 14 of them.
After I’ve done invites here is a example what I do
30 invites sent Sat 7:00 PM GMT
So I put the numbers of invites I always do 30 invites. Next I put sent. Next I put the day of the week and the time either AM or PM. Next GMT that the time zone at the club users.
The ways that admins find what 30 to invites varies.
1 invites all of them friends
2 Go to tournaments invite the members playing in tournaments
3 Go to other clubs go to there members button and invite the other clubs members.
Once a coordinator gets promoted I’m thinking of creating a invite list my self. So what admin can just invite of my invite list.
