This is link but only those members can access to this form whose Gmail ID was permitted by me
As chess.com also required Gmail ID of all members so don't accuse that you didn't have any Gmail account 🤣🤣

Because I have set restriction on this spreadsheet and only those members were allowed to see this form who's Gmail ID were approved by me
It's just like sharing data with your friends but friend should have a separate WhatsApp number so that only your friend can view your message
It is good that your are working to build a strong internal backbone of the club but currently as I club member I would suggest that After getting more than 600+ members you can try this idea ! People don't want to redirect their pages to another website so only few responses will come !
You should go for another new creations to organize more interesting events!

I use to invite members but only i am inviting members that's the main problem.
What is the of google spreadsheet when we have a headquarter
As you can see only few people are very much dedicated to the club so It won't be beneficial .....!
And how many people are there are in HQ? Only 14

I have noticed that some of our members didn't give better response on my decision to post our data on Google Drive sheet.
So i am giving basic information about it.
In the Google drive you will get an option of Google Sheets.
It is 100% safe.
I want that only few of my club member were able to see this form thats why I have put restriction on my sheet. (For data safety and incase if any of our members account get closed then also we can make a mode of communication with them)
In restriction only those members will able to see this form whose Gmail ID is approved by me. And only for this purpose i was requesting to give Gmail ID.
There were 3 category of member who can view this content.
Commenter - can view + can comment
Editor - can view + can comment+ can Edit this form.
I hope from this generation information you will get to know about this form.
