I wanted to inform you that in our future events, we will not require ZOOM attendance. I won't be available to host, and due to this, we will have to privately attend these tournaments.
My personal preference is for people not to take advantage of the fact that they aren't being monitored; the penalty for this violation is an automatic ban for the club and the member is not to be recruited again.
I can tell based upon the level of attending players that someone is cheating.
I trust all of you to be on your best behavior and to not have me deal with cheaters.
Sometimes I will be online when the tournament is pending and will be observing current games to ensure the games meet the Fair Play Policy.
