Cold war XD. No offense, I just couldn't agree with your point of view, cause you highlighted "have to figure" when it's meant "have to have", like you have to possess it. Just more strictly rather than "need"

I dunno, seems sorta straightforward to me. Black doesn't seem like he has any play, just the rook checks. just keep making threatening/forcing moves.

LOL. You could have said "need to have..." to avoid any persnicketyness over the repeated words. But "have to have" is fine too.
In fact, why I called this "Insane puzzle" is because when I was analysing it, the engine was showing +2.50 - +3.50 and only when it reached depth 19-20 it instantly raised the evaluation to +12.5, which surprised me, cause it took like 7-10 seconds for engine to realise the winning threat
