I think black has a superior position. black has an outlet for the king on f6 if the white rook tries to check the black king on the 7th rank. I think this is a draw.

Actually an interesting ending, and black could make white suffer for awhile, although hard to say enough to win. I would try 1...Ae5-c3 and attempt to take advantage of the fortress's somewhat bad bishop status at the moment. 2 Fe2-f4 Ac3-e1+ or 2. Fe2-c2 e5 3. Fc2-b3? Ac3-e1+ both illustrate some of white's problems. If 2 Kg2-f2 instead then maybe 2...e5 trying to keep the fortress on the white squares and then black should try to play on the dark ones. Blacks plan might be something like ....d5 .....d4 ...Kd6-c5-b4-b3-c2-d2 maybe also needing ....g5 at some point as well. Still a lot of moves and white can be doing his thing in the meantime! One weakness of the Fortress compared to the Spider, which otherwise look like they may be of similar strength is that the Fortress is more color bound than the Spider. While both pieces seem similar the Fortress only has 4 moves out of its maximum of 20 that allow it to change colors, while the more nimble Spider has a maximum of 8 out of its possible 20.
Hi
Black to move.
What's your opinion about this position?
Is the Fortress superior equal or inferior to the Archbishop? Why?
