Yes except no one would allow it

generally this is pretty good for black

depending on the pieces in hand, d4 might make more sense than Qh5

You do have a point, though I would like to place a knight on g5 next

This is definitely much better in bughouse than in chess for white, unless black has 6. -- N@g6

Instead of 4.Bxf7. The classic sacsit line is 4. 0-0 Nf6 5. d4 Bxd4 6. Bxf7+ Kxf7 7. p@h6

It depends whether better move is now 6... Ng6 7.Qxc5 d6 8.Qd5+ p@e6 with following Nf6 and some counter-play.

Or whether is better instead 6.... p@g6 7.Qxe5 d6.

Also, depends how many moves white not get a knight to disturb via Ng5+

I think it's pretty okay for both. Favouring playing it as white pieces despite having less material, because black cannot easily play Nf6 anytime soon due to lacking control over g5 and d5. However, black can fight hard with Bxf2+ instead and kill white via g4 and d4, d3, c2 etc.

I play this in crazyhouse (slight advantage for black, but they must play very precisely and counterintuitively to survive it) against Be7 instead of Bc5, but I don't think I would try it in bug unless we were much, much faster than our opponents.  If you get starved, black wins.  If you get fed at the wrong time, black wins.

This is bad line for white, because his partner must play -N. After Qh5+ may black play Kf8 Qxe5 Bxf2 Kxf2? N@g4+ with Nxe5.

Yes, that is what I saw. But white simply plays Kf1.

If no one gets a piece from the bank, then yes.
