Here's another one. Crazy numbers. Nearly every game is over 95% accurate and the ones he apparently tries to play without an engine, he loses (2 games! apparently)

Well, from the looks of it, this guy https://www.chess.com/member/hhubertm
is cheating because he is a sore loser. He's been losing game after game in november, than he started winning everything with 97% accuracy.
Other people probably have different reasons. I know someone who made his own chess program and played the moves in online chess in order to check how good his chess program is. That is hardly cheating though, since his program was really sucky xD
Stop looking at accuracy for determining if they are cheaters.
For the OP, they are most likely cheating

Precisely. There is no point in cheating online. It harms your own skill and ruins the experience for others. If you are naturally that good then props to you! But it's not worth using an engine.

The only way I would ever use the “engine” would be to improve my skill. I would want to see what it would do in a situation what I would most likely blunder. I do not condone using a bot for cheating pourposes, just maybe to improve skill.
