This position is impossible because we see that white has doubled pawns on the f-file, and the g and h files already have their pawns. Therefore the pawn would come from the e-file. But the e-file already has a pawn, so that "e"-pawn would be a d pawn and would have to transfer to the e-file with a capture. However, this is why this position is impossible. Black has not lost any pawns or pieces yet, so white's d pawn couldn't transfer to the e-file with a capture since black has not made a capture yet.

It's all right, taking breaks is not a bad habbit. Can you tell me whether you are now back or not?

And to post a position you have to click on the 'Inster chess game or diagram' button that's on the top like shown in the below image, and then either make the position there or load it from FEN, URL, PGN or a file. Hope this helps.
