No, chess.com used to have a list like this but they decided to remove it.
Is there a list of cheater profiles?

Well that is a shame. Think there is a chance the devs would send me the list if I tried to message them?
you program python?
For accessing the API and doing move analysis with stockfish I use python, then send those results to Java Spring to do additional things with them

I doubt it. You could try but I think they removed it because they were trying to avoid a shaming methodology/witch hunt. I think the Devs would likely decline because it's private information.

Also if you only need 100 then just browse around. You probably don't need the tens of thousands they have in their list. I could find 100 cheaters in half an hour of searching.

One approach is to search player archives for the Closed: Fair Play icon and scrape the names
\
Then searching higher rated players archives should give higher rate cheaters.

hmm no i think that that would most likely be caused by a problem on your end.(ie your computer is slow)

Hi,
I am a software engineering student and I am developing a program that analyses a chess.com profile (archived games) and determines if that user is/was cheating. I am wondering if there is a list of profiles banned for cheating so that I could access their games and test my program?
Thanks
