Is there a USCF dresscode?

I think they might frown if you come as a knight in steel full plate armor. It would make too much noise every time you moved a piece...

If it's just a costume of plastic armor, that might be ok

 You should go to the amateur team east tournament in NJ....you see all sorts of this.

If you are going to a UCSF game that is also FIDE rated -- check the FIDE dress code as well, just in case.
