Is this position a draw??

Weird ending to a game... Not sure how that's suppose to play out, but I think if green doesn't resign red can win with double checks.  Haven't run in to something like this yet, what is one supposed to do in this position?

i think it is winning for red, a few double checks and then mating both

Yeah red can just mate with king and queen. Unless it’s different because of board shape in 4pc?

Blue wins no matter what. You don't get points for double checks if one of the kings is resigned, so there's no way red can catch up.
