Roles

Town

Town Investigate (TI)

Tracker (Track) - Picks a target. Learns who target visited. Ignores Detection Immunity.

Sheriff (Sher) - Picks a target. Learns if they're good or evil.

Shows Up as Inno: All Townies (including Town Traitor), NB, NC, NE, GF, Arso, WW (on a non-full moon night), a Cov who has Necromonicon and a Disg who disguised as any "Inno" roles

Shows Up as Sus: All Maf roles except GF and Disg (only if Disg didn't disguise anyone or disguised as a "Sus" role), anyone framed by a Framer or hexed by a Hex Master, all Cov who doesn't have the Necromonicon, SK and a WW (on a full moon night).

Lookout (LO) - Picks a target. Learns who visits target. If target was visited by 4 or more players, LO will only see 3 people. They'll also receive "More people visited your target but you couldn't identify them". Ignores Detection Immunity.

Psychic (Psy) - On odd nights, receives 3 names, at least 1 is evil. On even nights, receives 2 names, at least 1 is good. Results can't be affected. Ignores Detection Immunity.

Appear as good in vision: All Townies (including Town Traitor) & NB

Appear as evil in vision: All Maf, Cov, NE, NK & NC

Matchmaker (MM) - Pick 2 targets. Learns if both targets can win together. Results can't be affected. Doesn't visit targets.

Shows Up as Can Win Together: 2 people from the same faction, An Exe and all roles (except target), An Assa and any other roles (except targets), 2 NKs who have the same role, A NB (except) and any other role, A GA and their target, A GA and any role their target can win with

Shows Up as Cannot Win Together: A Jest and any other role, An Exe and their target, An Assa and their target, 2 people from different factions, A GA and their target's enemy

Detective (Det) - Pick a target. Learns if target is a killing role. Results can't be affected. Ignores Detection Immunity.

Shows Up as a Killing role: BG, Crus, Trapper, All TK, Cham, RS, Ret, All MK, All Cov, Cov who received Necro, All HK, All NE (except Exe), All NC, All NK (except PB)

 

Town Protective (TP)

Doctor (Doc) - Heals 1 player each night. Heal gives target Powerful Defense. 1 self heal. 

Crusader (Crus) - Picks a target, giving powerful defense. Crus Basic Attack a random one of your target's visitors. Can't protect self.

Barista - Each night, can brew green/red tea or use tea. Green tea purges the first night and heals on 2nd or until attacked. Red tea gives basic defense for 3 nights or until attacked.

Trapper - Can build/place trap. If anybody visits a trapped player, they gain powerful defense and the trap will powerful attack a random attacker. Trapper will learn the roles (not names) of target's visitors when trap has triggered. Can't place more than 1 trap on the same target when trap isn't triggered. Once trap has been triggered, that trap cannot be used anymore. Can place trap on self. Ignores Detection Immunity.

Carpenter (Carp) - Can build a brick wall around a player each night. Any actions on target will fail, and the visitors will know they have encountered a brick wall. If target was attacked, the brick wall will fall. After building 2 brick walls around 2 players, can't build anymore brick wall unless 1 of them falls.

Bodyguard (BG) - Picks a target. If the target is attacked, the BG takes the damage and Powerful Attacks 1 random attacker.  Can self-vest once per game. When self-vest, gives self Basic Defense.

Signal Blocker (SB) - Each night, gives target Basic Defense. Protects target from any hacks on that night. Target won't know if they were protected from a hack, but they will know if they were protected from an attack. May protect self once per game.

 

Town Killing (TK)

Judge - Pick a target. You basic attack them if they damage, RB, frame, hex, and/or control. Has guilt.  sqrt(n)-1 trials.

[U] Jailor - Picks jailee at day. At night, may talk to jailee. Jailee will be RBed even if they are immune. Can execute (Powerful Attack) jailee. Have sqrt(n)-1 executes per game. If executes a Townie, Jailor will lose all his executes. If controlled into their target, they will execute them.

[U] Veteran (Vet) - Can alert sqrt(n)-1 times per game. RB immune.

Vampire Hunter (VH) - Picks a target. If they're Vamp, VH Basic Attacks them. Basic Attacks the Vamp that visits him. Has Basic Defense against Vamps. Bite Immune. If no Vamps left, VH turns into Vigi with 1 bullet.

Vigilante (Vigi) - Can shoot a player, Basic Attacking them. Has guilt. Has sqrt(n)-1 bullets.

[U] Psycho - After death, may Powerful Attack someone on the next night.

[U] Knight - Once per game, may challenge someone at day. If target is evil, Knight will Powerful Attack them and Day will end. If target is good, Knight will die of guilt immediately but Day continues.

 

Town Support (TS)

Transporter (Trans) -  Swap two players. RB Immune. Control Immune.

[U] Mayor - During day, may reveal. Once revealed, Mayor's votes count as 3. Can't be healed by Doctor once revealed. 

Escort (Esc) - RBs a player. RB Immune.

[U] Reviver (Rev) - Once per game, may revive a dead Town member or someone Rev can win with (Vamp, NB, Teaming NE). RB Immune. Control Immune if does action.

[U] Retributionist (Ret) - Controls a dead town each night. Can control each player only once. Control Immune if does action. RB Immune.

Possible roles Retributionist can control: All TIs (except Psychic and Matchmaker), Esc, Cham

[U] Chameleon (Cham) - Each night, can turn into a Town role. After Cham turned into the role he chose, he cannot pick another role from the same alignment unless he turned into a role from all 4 alignments (TI, TP, TK, TS). Cannot turn into Mayor and Jailor N1 and N2. If turns into a role that exists in a game, Cham will see that their action failed. If Cham turns into a TI that exists, they will get fake info.

[U] Dictator (Dict) - Once per game, can use ability at Day and decide who gets lynched. Dictator will not be revealed. After ability has been used, it'll be Night.

[U] Roleswitcher (RS) - Once per game, may change a Town member's role at Day. If target is an Evil, RS's action will fail. RS won't know about that, but the evil will. Cannot turn someone into a Unique role if that role already exists. Once ability has been used, RS will turn into a random generated Town role each night.

Medium (Med) - Can talk to dead players each night. When dead, can pick a player at day to seance. They can talk to that player that night. One seance only.

 

Mafia

Promotion System: When GF dies, Mafi turns into GF. When Mafi and GF dies/don't exist, a player lower ranked than the Mafi turns into Mafi.

Mafia Killing (MK)

[U] Godfather (GF) - Picks a target. Mafi will Basic Attack the target instead of GF.  If Mafi is RBed/Mafi doesn't exist, GF will do the kill. Detection Immune. Has Basic Defense. If controlled and ordered Mafi to kill his target, GF won't attack the controller's target. If no Mafi/Mafi was RBed, GF will attack controller's target. If GF doesn't pick target, Mafi will attack the player controller controlled GF into.

[U] Mafioso (Mafi) - Picks a target. If GF doesn't choose his target, Mafi will Basic Attack his target. If GF picks his target, Mafi will Basic Attack GF's target. Control Immune if GF orders Mafi to kill his target.

[U] Ambusher (Amb) - Picks a target. Basic Attack one of target's visitor. All visitors will know the Amb. 

 

Mafia Deception (MD)

Disguiser (Disg) - Has 2 disguises. Can disguise self as someone else. When disguised, Sheriff, LO and Tracker's results will be affected. If checked by Sheriff, results will show up as the results of the role he disguised as. If visited LO's target, LO will see the player Disg disguised as visit their target instead of Disg. If Tracker tracks someone who visited Disg, they will see their target visited the player Disguiser disguised as. When died, role will be shown as the role they disguised as.

Framer - Pick a target, making them look like framer for 1 day and night.

Hypnotist (Hypno) - Pick a player to give a fake message too each night or give a fake message to the entire town.

Fake Messages Hypno can give:

You were transported to another location.

Someone occupied your night. You were role blocked!

You were attacked but someone fought off your attacker!
You were attacked but someone nursed you back to health!
You feel a mystical power dominating you. You were controlled!
You were poisoned. You will die tomorrow!
You were attacked but someone protected you!
You were poisoned but someone nursed you back to health!
Someone tried to poison you but someone fought off your attacker!
You triggered a trap!
You were attacked but a trap saved you!
A trap attacked you but someone nursed you back to health!

 

Mafia Support (MS)

Consortgliere (Cons) - Can either RB or check someone each night. When checking, will learn player's role. RB Immune.

Janitor (Jani) - Has sqrt(n)-1 cleans. May clean a target per night. Cleaned target's role won't be shown after death. Learns target's role. Promotes to Mafi when Mafi dies.

Flasher (Flash) - Has sqrt(n) of flashes. Picks 1 player per night. All of target's visitors will have their action failed.

 

Coven

Necromonicon: On N3, CL will receive the Necromonicon ability. If CL dies/doesn't exist, a random Coven will receive the Necromonicon.

Coven Evil (CE)

[U] Coven Leader (CL) - Control a player. RB Immune.

Necromonicon: Detection Immune. Basic attacks controlled player. Has Basic Defense.

[U] Necromancer (Necro) - Control a dead player. Can control each player only once. May control players stoned by Medusa and learn their role in the process. RB Immune. Control Immune.

Necromonicon: Can decide to summon a ghoul to Basic Attack somebody. Detection Immune.

Possible roles Necromancer can control: All TIs (except Psychic and MM), Escort, Cham, Vigi, VH, Doc, Crus, GA, All NKs (WW only rampage attacks Necro's target on even nights; Necro will be attacked by Pesti), Vamp, (Necro will be attacked for visiting Pesti), All Maf, HM, Poisoner, All Hackers, Assa, All NC (can only control SE by making them turn into a role that can visit) 

[U] Possessioner (Poss) - Twice per game, can possess 2 people. Both players will be swapped (If Player A was lynched, Player B will be lynched instead). Targets don't know they were possessed. Can pick 1 additional player. At day, Town will know that among the 3 players (the 2 possessed players and the 1 additional player), 2 are possessed. If one of the target dies, his action will fail.

Necromonicon: Possessed targets will be Basic Attacked next night.

 

Coven Killing (CK)

[U] Medusa (Dusa) - Can stone gaze sqrt(n) times per game. When stone gazing, all visitors will be Powerful Attacked. All players who died will not have their role shown at day.

Necromonicon: Can visit people to Powerful Attack them. Infinite stone gazes. Basic Defense when stone gazing. Detection Immune.

[U] Poisoner - Poison a target. Poisoned players are Powerful Attacked the next night unless healed or purged. Target knows they're poisoned.

Necromonicon: After being poisoned, on the next night, target is RBed. Poison can't be healed but can be purged. Detection Immune.

 

Coven Support (CS)

[U] Potion Master (PM) - Heal, reveal (gets true role), or kill (Basic Attack) a target each night. Potions have a 3 day cooldown. Can't kill Cov. Control Immune.

Necromonicon: No cooldown between potion uses. Detection Immune.

[U] Hex Master (HM) - Hex a player. Hexed players seem as Hex Master when checked by Sheriff. Once all non Cov/NE are hexed, all hexed players are unstoppable attacked.

Necromonicon: Basic Attacks target. Attack is astral. Detection Immune.

 

Hackers

Promotion System: When AH dies, a Random Hacker turns to AH.

Hacker Killing (HK)

[U] Alpha Hacker (AH) - Can basic attack a player each night. Have 2 Basic Defense hacks. Can use Basic Defense hack and Basic Attack hack on the same night. Detection Immune. Control Immune.

[U] Bomb Hacker (BH) - Place a bomb. On the next night, BH can't place a bomb, bomb will explode and deal a Powerful Attack to target's visitors and target (if they stayed at home). Can place bomb on self. If ability failed, BH can place another bomb on the next night. Control Immune.

 

Hacker Deception (HD)

TI Hacker (TI Hack) - Doesn't visit players. Each night, can enter 1 code. The code has 3 parts: Targets name, their role, and the hacked result. Can hack each TI once. Can hack Cham and Ret. Control Immune. RB Immune.

Hacking a Sheriff: Results will be reversed. Example: Player A (Inno) shows up as Sus

Hacking a Matchmaker: Results will be reversed. Example: Player A (Inno) shows up as Sus

Visit Hacker (Vis Hack) - May control a player and who they visit each night. Target won't know they were controlled. Once controlled a player, Vis Hack cannot control another player who has the same role. Control Immune.

 

Hacker Support (HS)

Vote Hacker (Vote Hack) - Can hack someone's vote at night. On the next day, that player's vote will be counted as 0. Can't hack same player more than once. If hacked the Dict who uses their ability, Dict's ability will be wasted. Control Immune. RB Immune.

Role Hacker (RH) - Have 3 alerts. During alert, all visitor's roles will be hacked. When hacked players die, their role will be shown as "Hacked". Can use 1 alert to hack someone's role by visiting them. Being hacked won't change TI results. When RH dies, he'll show up as "Hacked". RB Immune. Control Immune.

 

Neutrals

Neutral Evil (NE)

Vampire (Vamp) - May convert 1 player every 2 nights. Max Vamps is 4. Once Vamp team is full, may start biting (Basic Attack) players. 1st bite on a player will deal a Basic Attack; 2nd bite on a player will deal a Powerful Attack; 3rd bite will deal an Unstoppable Attack. Detection Immune.

Roles that can be converted: All Town (when they don't have defense) except VH, Surv when not vesting, Amne, Jest, Alien, All Hackers (when they don't have defense), 

Roles that will be attacked: All Maf except GF, All Cov (except CL when they receive the Necro ability), AH when they use their defense, GA, All NC (except Alien), All NE except Jest, All NK (except Pesti), any roles (except other Vamps, Bat and Pesti) when Vamp team is full

Roles that are immune: Bat, Pesti, other Vamps

Executioner (Exe) - Has a Town target. Target cannot be Mayor or Jailor. Needs to lynch target. When target dies, turns into Jest. Detection Immune. Has Basic Defense.

Jester (Jest) - Needs to get lynched. After being lynched, can Unstoppable Attack one of his voters. Detection Immune.

Assassin (Assa) - Has 3 targets (2 Town, 1 Evil). Each night, may check a player to see if they're their target. If some of the target dies before Assa could kill them, Assa will get some new targets. Has Basic Defense. Detection Immune.

Bat - When lynched, may haunt 2 of his voters and convert them to Vamp. If Vamp team is full/target has defense, Bat will unstoppable attack them. If haunted a Vamp, nothing happens. Won't die if all Vamps die. Detection Immune.

Roles that can be converted: All Town (when they don't have defense) except VH, Surv when not vesting, Amne, Jest, Alien, All Hackers (when they don't have defense)

Roles that will be attacked: All Maf except GF, All Cov (except CL when they receive the Necro ability), AH when they don't use their defense, GA, All NC (except Alien), All NE except Jest, All NK (except Pesti), any roles (except other Bats, Pesti and Vamps) when Vamp team is full

Roles that are immune: Other Bats, Pesti, Vamps

 

Neutral Chaos (NC)

[U] Ghost - Pick a target. Can RB and Basic Attack target each night. Won't get attacked by Crus/BG/Amb/alerting Vet. Can visit a jailed player. Can visit others when jailed. Immune to Tracker and LO. Detection Immune. RB immune. Has Powerful Defense.

Alien - Can choose to poison 1 player or 2 neighbours (both players must be side by side in the players list) with A-Ray each night. Poisoning target 2 times will deal a Basic Attack, 3 times will deal a Powerful Attack, and 4 nights will deal an Unstoppable Attack. A-Ray cannot be cured. Won't know teammates. Other Aliens are immune.

[U] Switching Evil (SE) - Can turn into 3 evil roles each game. Once SE has turned into 1 of the role, he can't turn into it again unless he have turned into all of the roles.

 

Neutral Killing (NK)

Arsonist (Arso) - Douse a player or ignite. When igniting, every doused players will be unstoppable attacked. Will douse all visitors at night. Has Basic Defense. Detection Immune.

Serial Killer (SK) - May Basic Attack a player each night. RB immune against Escort and Consortgliere. Basic Attacks RBer and intended target. Has Basic Defense.

Juggernaut (JN) Every non-full moon night, can basic attack someone. Has basic defense.

After one kill, they can powerful attack every night.

After two kills, they rampage attack all visitors of the target and the target will be powerful attacked.

After three kills, they gain an unstoppable attack as well as rampage.

[U] Werewolf (WW) - Every even nights, may rampage at target's house. Will deal Powerful Attack to target and target's visitors. Detection Immune during odd nights. Can rampage own home. Has Basic Defense.

[U] Plaguebearer (PB) - Visit a player. Infect anybody who visits target/targetvisit. Turns into Pesti when all players infected. Detection Immune. Has Basic Defense.

[U] Pestilence, Horseman of the Apocalypse (Pest) - Picks a target. Unstoppable rampages own house and target's house. Unstoppable Attacking target. Invincible defense. Detection, RB and Control Immune.

 

Neutral Benign (NB)

Guardian Angel (GA) - Can purge and heal target twice per game. Purge will remove all negative affects except Framer's frame and PB's infection and give target Powerful Defense. Target can't be Exe, Jest or GA. Can still protect target when when dead. If target was protected, they can't be lynched on the next day. If controlled into target, GA will protect target. Wins if target is alive at end. Turns to Jest if target dies. Detection Immune.

Survivor (Surv) - Has sqrt(n) BP vests. Lives until end to win. BP vests will give self Basic Defense. Detection Immune.

Amnesiac (Amne) - Once a game, pick a dead player. Amne gets their role+win condition. Can't pick unique town/cleaned. Everybody knows who Amne remembers as. The dead player Amne remembered as can win if Amne wins, unless the dead player was a Surv. Detection Immune.

Cupid - Learns they have matched a Townie and Mafia before the game started. wins if that certain townie and mafia players survives. If the lover pair dies, Cupid will die as well.

 

Facts

1. Astral Attack means an attack that doesn't need to visit the target.

2. Detection Immune means shows up as Inno to Sheriff.

the Dictator can use their ability only once and is useless after that, compared to the Mayor (who has 3 votes every day after they reveal themselves), those roles are pretty equal in my opinion

ok i think Icy won't use Wiper anymore bc of this:

Sqrt(a) times per game, during night, the Wiper may wipe one person of their role.  They are BMed the next day and lose all abilities beginning the night afterwards.

and if you guys don't know, Icy removed BMer bc she won't know if people are talking/whispering
