Can you make unlimited place for jobs and allow not only one job?

i mean what when member whants to get job so he registarates his club and you will invite members to his club when he worknig
At first I was thinking you can only have a job if you are not a coordinator or admin, but the rule is you can be admin etc. But you can only have one because when we get more people in this club (hopefully) then there won't be any jobs left! I will increase the number of people for each job, according to the number of people in the club
