..well about me ..i dont think that i will join any team under the management of johanpalmaer .. this gentleman dont respect his team members & i left all his teams because of that..

...well i think what happened to me may look unserious for some ...but it was difficult for me ..
..i will tell the story & why i leaved his teams ..
1- Removing a post of a team member from the team Forum ...this may be his right if this thread is harming to the team ..or even if he personaly dont like the thread ...but first he must inform his team member that he is going to do that & why ...
..this thread is about a challange sent from me to the players occupying the first positions of the members having tournement points ... all what i ment from this challange or my thread (and i m serious that i can compete very good & may i succeed if God will help me) is to give the attention to a player from the Arabian Countries ..& also from the Middle East ...i think this was a free & good propaganda to our teams and his teams...
2- Removing me from one of his teams for doing nothing :)) .... ( a realy unimportant small team)... without even sending me a small notice or any comment ...why he did that ...that was very rude...
3- i am sharing in 2 tournements related to Chess Society team & under the direction of johnpalmar and i was realy surprised to find him publishing this very sad announcements in the 2 tournements....

Badly affected by unproper vacations?
I know that there still are many on vacation, and that some of you might feel this affects your ongoing games. The most players having vacations by normal reasons, but someones seem to using vacations to forcing other players loosing on time control.
I know that some players have switched their status to vacation but still are connected to chess.com and sometimes they turn back from vacation and making some moves and thereafter switch back to vacation again, time-after-time during weeks after week.
That isn't good sportmanship, and many of us would even prefer call it cheating.
If anyone of you feel affected by the mentioned "cheating-alike" behaviour, I would like you sending an abuse report to chess.com and inform me by adding a comment below.
I'm sending this announcement due to that some of you have reported problems mentioned above, but still are affected by peoples that still are on vacation but behave strange.
I would also appreciate if players that cover they behave like mentioned above could stop doing that or withdraw from this tournament!

...well i said sad & i realy mean that.. as the players sharing in his tournements are his team players ...& he was encouraging his team members to report abuse each other :)) ...realy strange..
...thats why i felt that this gentleman is abusing and unrespecting his team members ...so i didnt hesitate to leave his teams..
Easy Man , Don't be very sensitive so,
1- For regerding removing your posting on the forum,
May be he thought that your challenge may annoy AWARDCHESS himself or he considered it as a kind of abusing.
Maybe He respects the valued chess players such as AWARDCHESS.
Maybe he considerd it that was not the proper place and time to post such this matters like this in his forum. May be he is a serious Man more than You expected.
I think if you wrote him about your cares and desires or even your dreams , may be you found the correct answers for all yours doubts and supports of him to you.
It is a normal for any super admin to remove any topics in which he may find abusing or any offensive against any one.May he wanted your posting not to be read by his other members to secure for them a safe and quiet atmospher.
2- for vacations , May he recieved some complaints by some his tournments members ,so he wrote what he had written in acute languge thinking that some members did actually what had come in his message !
Don't let your mind imagine (and go far away ) alone ,let another party imagine with you to clearify any ambiguity .
