Ummm it is also basic information. It has been declassified and is perfectly legal. I will give like a very basic design but it can't be used to make a bomb as there are many more things
Is it allowed to discuss basic mechanism of a nuclear bomb ?. It is also a part of STEM. And only declassified nothing classified so it is legal.
