I'm gonna be honest, i don't think karp has any mal-intent with his posts, he's just the class clown type who doesn't take stuff to seriously and is secretly just trying to make people laugh.
Yeah, he keeps doing it, yeah he never learns, but he also doesn't do the stuff he does to anger ppl or cause problems. he's really just trying to be funny and lighten the mood.
He's just tryna be funny and lighten the mood even if his methods are fishy sometimes.
Personal opinion is Yes, but i understand why people would say No, rules are rules afterall.
