Karpov vs The Hippo

Hippos are notoriously difficult to find in databases because there are about 2,280 ways to set-up a Hippo. I would love to see the game, but good luck finding it.

Here's one that is not quite a fully grown, thick skinned Hippo (but close). It is vs Spassky in 1982.

I thought I remembered that the first four moves began as an Owen's Defense, so I typed in B00 for the ECO code on 365chess.com.

According to Stockfish, Black was doing ok until 22...a5 and 23...Nb8 when both times ...h5 was needed. After that it was all downhill for Black.

I alway learn a lot when someone with Karpov's strength and experience faces one of my favorite openings—the Hippo!
A few months ago I saw a game with Karpov playing White against the Hippo Defense. I don't recall the Black player nor the outcome, but I think the game was from 2014 or 2015. Can anyone help me find this game?
