kicking and banning

no kicking or banning without asking me. If i determine they should be kicked or banned I'll do so. kicking or banning by an admin without asking me means demotion to member and is an SA does it without asking, it means demote to coord.

no I do it's just the current admins and SA's are good where they are right now. if there's an opening I might promote you.
