I never tried it yet. After black accepts the gambit exf4, I put my bishop to c4. It’s how I learned from a video.
Black then gets too confident and starts to attack with his/her Queen.
... exactly as expected.
It’s a fun and exciting opening. Especially against other beginners.
@Tamtaramtamtam yes the King's Gambit is probably the most exciting opening in all of chess, and also that bishop move is called the Bishop's Gambit, where you bait Qh4+ and later gain a tempo on it with Nf3
