sir i have a doubt can beginners use this opening too?
King's Indian Defence, A Repertoire: 1/1 Beginning.
Definitely. But you need to know the theory and traps. There are many variations and every variation has its own advantages and disadvantages. So one should know them at least to few moves.
It is said that KID has theory till first 21 moves. So it may be difficult for beginners. Also KID is an opening where player is playing for winning or loss. Those who want draw will not play this opening. of course there are few drawish lines but generally players avoid those lines.
Having said this, beginner can play KID. For that go to my page and study my articles on KID one by one. there are 30 articles, so even if you finish one per day, you will need 30 days to play KID safely and with intention to win.
