Ok so I would say white is better. Because first of all, it's a closed position in close positions. Knights are usually better than bishops. Secondly, white has more space and with more pieces on the board, black can't really do anything. As white I would play Nb1 and after white will play c5 blocking the black king, so white can then play Na3-c4-e6 and white is basically winning.
