latex generator?

I did a google search for "online LaTeX generator" and the first hit was Roger's Online Equation Editor:
It seemed to work reasonably well; I inserted the expression you gave and it generated a jpg file for me and gave me a link to the image:

It even gives some basic instructions for LaTeX input, and you can choose from png, jpg, tif, and gif output formats.
Does anyone know a good website that generates latex math expressions so I could put [x^2+6]/[5+y] and get an image? Please don't say MS Paint.
