Lazy play

So after putting in half the work needed in all phases of the game and doing some half baked visual training exercises that I made up. I went out to cause some 8X8 damage. I set play at minus 50, plus 100 my rating and test drive in rated 10min rapid games. The results where obviously better than expected for the work put in. But that's a story for another day.

Lazy chess, yes. My half baked visual exercises require me to get intimate with the board and carry around games in my head. I try to play over the games in my mind and draw the positions at the 5, 10, 15, 20 etc move points. Beats doodling. Anyway am better at it now than when I started. Works wonders for tactics exercises. But until recently it wasn't doing much for actual play. Then I started playing lazy chess, that's where you follow the most direct and ridiculous move order to a preferable position. Some of the moves are even illegal. And I use the word preferable very loosely. Anyway, when u get to that position you start working out the kinks as best as you can from the current position. My middle game play is not complaining though my idea of preferable position most times coincides with my opponents the higher up I go.
