Honestly neither is good... Hyperbullet is Hyperbullet. I played (past tense) Labyrinth 82, Gustav's Box, QuickThrone, and Chaturaji, and excel at all like with Standard despite not having experience in the blitz or rapid version of games.
(30 sec will become hyperbullet after the update too, as a note)
I can guarantee you that if you play 1/10, 1/4, and 1/2 exclusively, you will never get anywhere in rapid with the same strategies.
